EGREMNOI
Egremnoi (Ekremni or Egremni) beach is a fine small pebbles beach in Lefkada at the west coast of the island. It is a realy long beach. So long that it would take thousands of people to make it feel crowded. To reach it you have to climb down some hundred steps. If you don't mind walking and are looking for something not crowded we suggest you to visit it (it is kind of hard to reach it and so never crowded).

There is a cantina on the beach for water and refreshements at the bottom of the steps. Further south the beach will reward you for walking! The way up the steps is a major deterrent, but if you don't like crowds, it is definitely a better beach than the nearby Porto Katsiki.
